职位描述：
essential responsibilities 工作职责
1. responsible for the biology teaching forthe class of high school entrance examination and international classes.
初中部生物教学工作；
2. responsible for curricula teaching andseminar organizing.
负责所在学科课程的讲授任务，组织课堂讨论；
3. responsible for course tutorial,question-and-answer session, correcting homework and examination, and etc.
承担课程辅导和答疑，作业和考卷批改等工作；
4. other tasks are issued by head ofteaching department, senior leader, group leader of teaching and researchingand head of school.
完成教学部门主任、年级组长、教研组长安排的其他任务。
necessary competencies 必需具备的知识和技能
1. bachelor degree or above, major inbiology or other relative majors, middle school teacher certification
学士（含）以上学历、生物或相关专业、有初中或以上级别教师资格证书；
2. 3-years relevant teaching experience andteaching research working experience（teachingexperience of senior school is preferable），teachingexperience in high-quality public school. teaching experience in internationalcurriculum or oversea studying and working experience is a plus.
具有三年以上教学经验和一定的教学研究工作经验（有初中教学经验者优先），优质公立学校教学经验，有国际课程教学经验者或海外学习以及工作经验者优先；
3. equipped with educational psychologyknowledge and strong teaching ability
具备教育心理学知识，较强的授课能力；
4. be fluent in spoken and written english
英语听说读写能力熟练；
5. equipped with strong expression skill,standard mandarin spoken, and rhetorical skill
具有很强的中文表达能力，普通话标准；
6. strong affinity, teaching lively, broadknowledge scope
具有较强的亲和力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；
7. passion for education work, strongresponsibility sense,
热爱教育事业，工作积极主动、责任心强；
8. being homeroom teacher acceptable,living on campus acceptable
可承担班主任职责，可住校
